   Shipping fee

Shipping fee (including handling and postage costs) for other purchase will be calculated automatically in your cart (according to total weight and distance of the shipment). We are trying to hold these fees as low as possible and special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

   Free Shipping

Any order over 1500 Kč/ 55 € gets a free shipping. So lets say if you decide to buy four our mugs as a gift and ad something extra or two charity bats, we will gladly pay shipping fee for you.

Pick up in Person

We offer possibility to pick up the order in person in the Prague - Palladium shopping center - in Musicland. We can prepare and bring the package to Musicland usually within 1-3 working days after the payment is received. 

We charge of 20 CZK for this possibility.

Delivery 

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Czech post or Zásilkovna (Packeta) from Prague (Czech Republic - EU). 

Packages usually arrive withing week or two (depending on the distance), but in special cases it can take up to 30 days. Please note that parcels are insured, please dont hesitate to contact us, when it takes longer.

Any additional customs charges or fees are the buyers responsibility. These charges vary depending on your location, so please check first prior to ordering if you wish to find out how much.
