Placing an order (up)

To place an order, add the item you want to the shopping cart, proceed to check out and follow the instructions.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming the receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgement and will not constitute of acceptance of your order. A contract for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us.

Prices are VAT inclusive.

We may refuse to accept an order for these reasons:

- Goods are not available

- There is no authorisation for your payment

- There has been a pricing or product description error

- We have reason to believe the transaction is a fraud

Delivery (up)

Nuclear Holocats ships with czech post or zásilkovna (Packeta) from Prague. The shipping price is calculated according the distance and weight of the package automatically in the shopping cart.

Packages are usually dispatched within 1-2 days after receiving your payment and it usually arrives withing week or two (depending on the distance or special rules in your country), but in special cases it can take up to 30 days. Please note that parcels are insured, please dont hesitate to contact us, when it takes longer.

Nuclear Holocats is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may occur. Nuclear Holocats is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service or customs. Contact your local customs agent if you are unsure of the rules in your country.

Returns and Refunds (up)

You can return goods, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

If you want a refund, you will need to contact us via email and send/bring the product back to our delivery address and we will refund original price you paid (including the original shipping).

When the product is defective, you can ask for exchange.

For both options please contact us on our email Nuclear@holocats.cz providing the following:

- Order specific symbol

- items you wish to return

- reason(s) for return (not mandatory, but greatly appreciated)

We will get back to you as soon as we can with full instructions on possibilities to return the item. Please wait for our reply before sending the goods back via post. (Otherwise delays or problems may occur. Sometimes even the picture of faulty product might be enough to take next steps.)

When products are found to be defective, we will reimburse the cost of return postage.

Please keep in mind that tailor made products are not returnable. Also when the item is returned to us in used condition we will not issue a refund. (Items that have been worn, washed, marked, affected by odours including cigarette smoke are non-returnable and will be sent back to you.)

If the exchange rate changes between the date of purchase and the date of refund, you will see a discrepancy in the amount refunded. This is governed by the banks and totally beyond our control, and may result in you being refunded more or less than you originally paid.

Seller cannot accept responsibility for the damage or loss of packages sent back to us by customers. Please ensure all parcels are securely packed and tracked. Any taxes or customs charges brought about by the return of items will be payable by the customer and deducted from the total amount refunded. These charges can be avoided by writing "Garment Return" and noting a value of zero on the customs declaration.

Our primary aim in collecting personal information is to complete your order and to provide you with information you have asked for e.g. mail from newsletter.

Nuclear Holocats stores some of the information you provide to us. This includes your name, address, email, phone number and purchasing history. If you would like to recall please contact us on email: Nuclear@holocats.cz. (We need to store invoice information for 10 years.)

We also collect anonymous data such as what pages and products you look at. This information is stored as overall totals and can not be backtracked to your account.

We will not distribute any of this information with ANY third parties other than Czech Post or Zasilkovna (Packeta) for delivery.

Miscellaneous (up)

If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. All users agree that any legal actions related to the site shall be brought and conducted in Czech Republic, and users hereby consent to jurisdiction of this country. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
